    Web-3.Biz has a strong and experienced management team. Flatworld Solutions have been Global Leaders in providing outsourcing services since 2004.

    They will also provide the following outsourced services to the Web-3 Suite, from July 2025, structured around core functions: Management, Marketing, Administration, AI-enabled Virtual Assistance, and Technical Support (via Web-3.Help).

  • Project Manager: Liaison with Web-3 Suite management; ensures deadlines and deliverables.
  • Marketing Specialist: Runs campaigns, SEO, social media, and outreach across the TLDs.
  • Admin Officer: Handles domain/subdomain records, renewals, billing confirmations.
  • AI/VA Supervisor: Oversees AI assistants performance.
  • Technical Support Agents: Provide dApp, wallet, and hosting-related support (via Web-3.Help)
